Program Area Positions
There are no deadlines to apply to work at Campus Rec, as we accept applications on a rolling basis. However, peak hiring times include August/September for the Fall, January/February for Spring, and April for the Summer. Choose up to four program areas of interest within your application. If one or all units are not currently hiring, your application will stay on file and be reviewed when positions become available.

- Social security card or passport will be required upon offer of employment.
- Applications are active for one academic year and will expire on June 30.
1. Review Your Materials
We highly encourage applicants to have the Career Center review their resume and cover letter before submitting the application.
2. Submit an Online Application
A resume and cover letter are not required to apply for entry-level positions. A resume and cover letter may be required to apply for promotional positions. Paper applications are not accepted.
If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by the respective unit to schedule a date and time for the interview. Due to the large number of applications, not every applicant will receive an interview.
