Join the excitement of intramural esports! Compete on your personal console, PC, or at select in-person events. All our events are completely free, with no intramural membership required.
Simply download the FusionPLAY app to register and access a variety of organized multiplayer gaming competitions. Challenge yourself, connect with other players, and enjoy the thrill of esports competition!

Registration
- All tournament registrations will be conducted through FusionPlay. A two-week registration period will be provided before the start of each tournament.
- For in-person events, all participants are expected to be available at the specified time and location as listed on the event details.
- For online tournaments, greater flexibility is offered. Once placed in a table or bracket, game schedules will be displayed on FusionPlay with a default time of 11:59 PM. This indicates that results for each game must be submitted by the end of the listed day. If an extension is needed, please reach out through the Discord or email intramurals@illinois.edu. However, to maintain smooth progress of the tournament, games may be forfeited if deadlines cannot be met.
- Participants and their opponents have complete freedom to coordinate the timing of their games. The use of the official Discord server is strongly recommended to facilitate communication and scheduling.
Online Result Submission
Match results can be submitted to the appropriate Game Submission channel under the specific event on Discord. Submissions must include a screenshot of the match results and Fusion Play team names. Please email intramurals@illinois.edu with any questions or issues.
Mobile Game Competition
New this semester, join intramural Clash of Clans & Clash Royale Clans! Come together, engage in friendly competition, and forge new connections with fellow gamers.
How to Join
- Install the Games: Download Clash of Clans and Clash Royale on your mobile device.
- Join Our Clan: Search for "UofI Intramural" in the game and send a join request. Our Clan is open to all University of Illinois students.
- Introduce Yourself: Once you're in, don't be shy! Introduce yourself in the clan chat, share your gaming experiences, and get to know your fellow clan members.
