We work to empower students to strive for health and wellness while maintaining a sense of balance. Achieving and sustaining wellness is an active and dynamic process which involves becoming aware of and taking steps toward a healthier, happier, and more satisfying life.

Campus Rec offers programs, including educational workshops, instructional cooking classes, one-on-one nutrition/wellness coaching packages, meal kits, seasonal food packages, and more to help you find the best version of yourself.

Food Assistance & Well-Being Program

In order to address student food insecurity, Campus Rec manages a shopping-style food pantry called the Food Assistance & Well-Being Program run out of the Activities & Recreation Center (ARC) Instructional Kitchen. The program is free and open to the campus community.
