Join Campus Recreation Personal Trainers for a 4- or 6-week program focusing on full body strength and conditioning! Small group training (4-6 people) presents the opportunity to experience the benefits of the expertise and motivation of a trainer while lowering the financial entry point. It also gives the motivation of a community of exercisers working together to achieve a common goal. Small groups will meet 2-times per week for the duration of the 4- or 6-week program.
