Small Group Training

Description: Join Campus Recreation Personal Trainers for a 4 or 8 week program focusing on full body strength and conditioning! Small group training (4-6 people) presents the opportunity to experience the benefits of the expertise and motivation of a trainer while lowering the financial entry point and/or spending more time with the trainer for the available funds. It also gives the motivation of a community of exercisers working together to achieve a common goal. All small groups will meet 2-times per week for the duration of the program (4 or 8-weeks).

Small Group Training (4- 6 people in a class, 4-week program or 8-week program)

Small Group, Student, 4-weeks, 2x/week – $50
Small Group, Member, 4-weeks, 2x/week – $75
Small Group, Student, 8-weeks, 2x/week – $80 (must be paid in full at start of program)
Small Group, Member, 8-weeks, 2x/week – $100 (must be paid in full at start of program)


Start Date: week of September 14
End Date: 4-week ends the week of October 12
8-week ends the week of November 9th

Small Group 1 – Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 – 6:20 p.m. (Start Sept. 14) Small Group 2 – Monday and Wednesday, 6:30 – 7:20 p.m. (Start Sept. 14)
Small Group 3 – Tuesday and Thursday, 5 – 5:50 p.m. (Start Sept. 15)
Small Group 4 – Tuesday and Thursday, 6 – 6:50 p.m. (Start Sept. 15)


All sessions will be held in a dedicated training space for small group participants only, racquetball court #9. (basement of ARC)
