Wellness Workshops are interactive programs designed to engage, educate, and motivate students to live their healthiest lives. After attending a workshop, it is our hope that participants have the blueprint to incorporate the skills learned into their lives.

Please Note: Register in person at the ARC or CRCE Member Services when facilities are open for operations. Please refer to the facilities schedule for hours of operation. Wellness Workshop registration will close three days prior to the scheduled class to allow for supply purchase.
