All classes are cooking demonstrations with generous tastings of each recipe. Please Note: Register in person at the ARC or CRCE Member Services when facilities are open for operations. Please refer to the facilities schedule for hours of operation. Cooking class registration will close three days prior to the scheduled class to allow for grocery purchase. Cooking class registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. We recommend that participants bring their own food containers in case there are leftovers. *Please contact us with any food-related allergies or sensitivities a minimum of one week in advance of your scheduled class. Meal Prep Cooking Series (3-class package) Jan. 30, 2019 Feb. 27, 2019 Mar. 27, 2019 Join partners from McKinley Health Center and Campus Recreation for a 3-class cooking series teaching students to engage in cost-effective, time-saving, and nutritious meal preparation. Don’t forget your takeaway containers! All participants will enjoy sampling 27 recipes and will receive ample portions to take home.
