Please NOTE: CRCE pool will not be open for group fitness for the Fall semester. We hope to offer he WOW program again in the future.

This class will enhance the body movements for better balance, coordination, and flexibility as well as improving muscle strength and conditioning. The low-impact exercises are easy on the joints and help restore and preserve flexibility and strength, protect joints against further damage, enhance coordination, and improve endurance.

Class Details

Please Note: Participants should be able to enter and exit the water with little to no assistance and participate independently in this class. Community members looking for the strength benefits with minimal joint impact are invited to attend.
