This class will enhance the body movements for better balance, coordination, and flexibility as well as improving muscle strength and conditioning. The low-impact exercises are easy on the joints and help restore and preserve flexibility and strength, protect joints against further damage, enhance coordination, and improve endurance.
Please Note: Participants should be able to enter and exit the water with little to no assistance and participate independently in this class. All community members who are looking for the strength benefits with minimal joint impact are invited to attend.
