NOTE: Once the class has started or reached capacity, admittance is prohibited.
All classes are available to current members who have purchased a Group Fitness pass and download the upace app. Participants may reserve a spot no more than 24 hours before the start of any class and must arrive at least 5 minutes early to secure their space in the class. If space is available before the class begins, walk-ins are welcome but admittance is not guaranteed.
The schedule is subject to change based on attendance and instructor availability.
Class Reservation System:
- All classes require a reservation on the upace app.
- Participants can only reserve a spot for one individual per class.
- Participants must arrive at least 5 minutes early to the class to claim their reserved spot or risk losing their spot.
Yoga mats are limited for the mind/body group fitness sessions. You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat. These can be purchased at ARC/CRCE Member Services.
