Our indoor cycling classes start with a 5-8 minute warm-up of easy pedaling and focus on proper technique. Once the class starts be prepared to ride your way through rolling hills, steep climbs, false flats, sprints, and much more! Limited spots available. Please call ahead to reserve your spot.

Rhythmic/Dance Fitness Options


BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center, and get high on the feeling of dance.


Check out the dance craze that is sweeping the nation! Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip-hop, pop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance moves! No dance experience required.


Pound™ is committed to bringing the exhilarating and freeing feeling of listening to and making music to your workout experience while building inner and outer beauty, cultivating self-confidence and gaining empowerment and strength. Pound is an aggressive exercise jam session that combines light weight with constant simulated drumming, integrating lightly weighted drumsticks (Ripstix) to activate your core, back, and legs in a profound way.


PulsePointe barre is an innovative and challenging barre experience that seamlessly weaves together traditional muscle-sculpting barre choreography with exhilarating cardio segments to define and challenge the body in a whole new way.  PulsePointe takes barre to the next level!  Another barre option is our traditional option BARRE Try both!

High Intensity Options


BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone toward their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

Cardio Body Sculpt

Take charge of your day with this balanced workout combining cardio and strength exercises. You’ll move through a series of drills and stations utilizing BOSUs, resistance gear, Gliders, jump ropes, and various fitness equipment.


This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance, and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D. – Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance as the workout portion. The deliberate combination of the R.I.P.P.E.D. elements and how they are precisely organized in the R.I.P.P.E.D. class format provide the basis for the One Stop Body Shock System, by stimulating both, different energy systems and muscles in each workout segment, changing the focus and activities every 6 to 9 minutes.


Dare to sweat? High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is proven to improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels. This express class is based on segments of interval training—maximum effort for a designated amount of time and a rest period to follow before repeating. This is a challenging workout for those who are looking to take their training up a notch.

Beginners Yoga

Start your yoga journey here with simple poses and techniques meant to introduce and teach participants the principles of yoga.


BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves, and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Bootcamp Yoga 

Bootcamp Yoga utilizes fundamental yoga asanas combined with interval training—alternating work and recovery phases in sequences to match your flow. Learn more Vinyasa flows that will challenge your practice. Whether you favor bootcamp style workouts and looking to emphasize flexibility, balance, and muscular endurance or favor traditional yoga practices but want to challenge yourself mentally and physically in a new way, THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU!

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar yoga is based on the teachings of yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar and includes three distinguishing characteristics. (1) Emphasis on body alignment. This protects the joints, muscles, organs and tissues of the body. Our body is stressed by everything from sports to everyday life. Concentration on alignment relieves these stresses and promotes health. (2) Props. The use of props allows for better alignment and makes Iyengar yoga accessible to everyone no matter what your current condition or age. You do not have to be flexible or in shape to enjoy class. (3) Teaching method. Instruction is clear and easy to understand. These elements, unique to Iyengar yoga, make yoga available to all ages, beginners and experienced practitioners. Classes will help build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, and lead to a better sense of well-being.

Meditation and Relaxation

Close your eyes. Become aware of your body … how it is feeling right now. If you have any tension, gently breathe into these places … and imagine them relaxing … all unnecessary tension … dissolving. This 90 minute class will combine yoga and meditation practices to relax your body and free your mind from the stresses of everyday life.


Hatha classes place emphasis on physical alignment, understanding of correct anatomical movement, and various deep relaxation techniques. It increases strength, flexibility, and awareness of the body, developing more healthful movement; relaxations techniques help with stress more effectively. Classes are open to student questions or requests, and vary from week to week.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like.

Strength Options


BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body, fast! Please call ahead to reserve your spot.


A full body workout that targets all of the major muscles groups. You’ll integrate strength and stretching exercises to produce stronger bones and muscles and increase your metabolism to help maintain a healthy body weight.


The TRX Suspension Trainer is the workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This class builds muscular endurance and appeals to every fitness level. Please call ahead to reserve your spot.

Water Options

Cardio H2O

Join us for an exhilarating workout combining cardio and strength in the water! You’ll leave feeling refreshed and empowered. This session will take place in the shallow water at CRCE.

DWE Aqua Fit

Increase muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness with minimal impact on joints. Buoyancy belts are provided. Some swim experience is preferred, as your feet will not touch the bottom of the pool (12-ft deep). This session will take place at the ARC.
