Illinois Campus Recreation offers three group fitness programs, Drop-in, Instructional, and Fit Pass. The Drop-in group fitness program offers FREE fitness classes to current Illinois students and Campus Recreation members. These classes include; Outdoor Bootcamp (weather permitting), Circuit, HIIT, Strength, and Foam Roll & Stretch.
The Fit Pass program is by membership which can be purchased annually for $90 or by semester for $50. Fit Pass classes include all Les Mills formats (Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Combat, RPM), Yoga, Spin, Zumba, Barre, Pound and virtual Les Mills classes.
Instructional Programs are designed for members and non-members to learn a new skill in a session. These programs are fee based and dependent on the activity. Instructional programs include; scuba, hip hop, martial arts, water etc.
