Adventure Recreation provides members with the opportunity to explore unique activities, such as rock climbing and outdoor trips. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, the ARC rental center has all of the climbing equipment and camping gear you need!
Aquatics offers opportunities for people of all ages in water fitness and education. Members can sign up for programs, such as Learn to Swim classes, lifeguard certification courses, and scuba diving clinics – or spend down time swimming at the ARC and CRCE pools.
Campus Bike Center
The Campus Bike Center is dedicated to empowering individuals with knowledge about repairing and maintaining their bicycles. The facility and staff promotes a collaborative approach by providing a connection between campus and the community.
Club Sports offers activities that promote physical activity, camaraderie and leadership. Joining a Club Sport offers students the opportunity to run their own club, including organizing its members, meetings and practices – all while competing at an elite level!
Join organized fitness classes with others who share similar interests and the desire to life a healthy and active lifestyle. With opportunities to participate year-round, Group Fitness is a great way to stay active, have fun and meet new people!
Ice Skating activities are available for all ages and skill levels. Whether you are new to skating or a pro, the Ice Arena has a program for you, including Learn to Skate classes and hockey leagues. You can also stop by during public skate times!
Intramurals offer students the opportunity to participate in team activities and enjoy healthy competition against their peers. Play with your friends, fellow club members, and roommates or sign up as a free agent and be assigned to a team.
Personal Training allows members to maximize their workout and get a customized fitness plan. Our staff is ready to help you to achieve your health and fitness goals and learn about the many components of a healthy lifestyle.
