A group can request the Instructional Kitchen. Groups may reserve the Instructional Kitchen space through Campus Recreation facility reservations and are subject to all facility rental guidelines. All reservation requests should be received a minimum of two weeks in advance.  Following approval of event, the group must contact the Safety and Compliance Office for food service guidelines. Learn how to rent the Instructional Kitchen!

Kitchen Guidelines

  • The rental fee includes use of kitchen appliances and standard utensils. A list of equipment available for use is available on the Campus Recreation website.
  • Kitchen Monitor will be on site throughout the duration of the scheduled event.
  • Group is responsible for cleaning all areas and equipment used, and disposing of all trash upon the conclusion of the event.
  • Food ingredients are not provided.
