Log Rolling is available every Sunday! Do you have what it takes to stay balanced and keep moving? Key Log Rolling is a low impact fitness activity with high rewards for all ages and sizes.  Stepping back and forth on a spinning Key Log improves balance, footwork, core strength, and cardiovascular endurance.  A true sport in itself, Key Log Rolling is also a fun way for athletes to cross train for other sports.

Scuba Summer Session 2

June 24 - July 6

Learn how to scuba dive! Instruction includes details about gear and equipment, water entries, surface dives, use of mask, fins, and snorkel, the science of scuba diving, and in-the-pool training with tanks. This class covers two of the three phases required to receive your PADI Open Water Diver certification. I Skate

August 22 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Perhaps one of the longest standing traditions at Campus Rec, I-Skate is a great way to cool off at the coolest place on campus after a long day of moving. Skate rental and admission on this day are FREE and Campus Rec will have pizza and cookies available to students attending this event.

Future’s So Bright 5k
