Campus Recreation continually accepts applications – there are no deadlines to submit an application. When you submit your application you can choose up to two (2) units to apply to (see the potential positions menu for specific positions).
At the time of your application, these units may or may not be hiring (see open positions for current openings). If one or both units are not hiring, your application will stay on file and reviewed the next time those units have openings.

- Applications are active for one academic year and will expire June 30, 2016.
- Peak times for hiring are:
- Fall: August/September
- Spring: January/February
- Summer: April

Step 1. Online Information Session
This pre-employment presentation details what to expect during the application process, available positions including special requirements or skills needed, instructions for what to include in your application, and even tips for writing a resume and cover letter. Please complete the information session carefully as applications that do not meet minimum requirements will not be considered.
Applicants with a University ID: Information session will save once it has been graded, even if you don’t submit your application. You will be able to log back in and continue your application without completing the information session again.
Applications without a University ID: Information session will not be saved; therefore if you do not complete the information session and submit your application at the same time, you will have to complete the information session again in order to submit an application.
Step 2. Submit an Online Application
Once you have completed the online session, you will be given access to the online application. Remember you must include a resume and cover letter with your application.
Paper applications are not accepted.
Step 3. Interview
If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by the respective unit to schedule a date and time for the interview. Due to the large number of applications, not every applicant will receive an interview.
